At BetterCozy, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be completely satisfied. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at **support@bettercozy.in with your order ID and a clear photo/video of the issue.
#### Eligible for Return or Replacement: - Item received in damaged condition - Item not working on arrival - Wrong product received
#### Not Eligible: - Change of mind or dislike of product - Damage caused by customer mishandling - Product used beyond the initial test .
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or request you to ship the item back to us. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method. For **Cash on Delivery orders**, refunds will be made via **UPI or bank transfer** within 3–5 business days after inspection. We value your trust and ensure a smooth resolution every time.
